 Recent advances in fluorescent technologies provide gardeners with a lot of options for indoor garden lighting. Standard Fluorescent grow lights are an excellent choice for starting seedlings and getting a jump start on the growing season. Compact Fluorescent Lights (CFL) take cool burning fluorescent technology and pack it into a focused, high output bulb, which works well for both propagation and larger plants. T5 High Output Fluorescent grow lights produce about 5,000 lumens per 54 watt 4-foot tube and are available in warm (3000K) or cool (6500K) versions. The T5 grow lights have the highest rated output per watt of all the fluorescent grow lights. |
