SHIPPING:
All orders over $100.00 and under 50 pounds ship FREE by UPS ground within the 48 continental United States. If your order fits within these parameters but you would like a different form of shipping please call us toll free 1-888-833-4769 for a quote.
All complete light systems are free freight items and will not add any weight to your order. That mean is you get a light system you can get up to an additional 50lbs of other products and still qualify for free shipping if the order is over $100.00.
Some items on the Urban Sunshine website are marked call for price. These items are too large to ship standard UPS or USPS and must be shipped by freight truck. Please call us at 1-888-833-4769 to work up a pallet quotes. (Pallet quotes usually start around $75.00).
RETURNS & WARRANTY:
All returns must be accompanied with original receipt. Non-Defective Merchandise Returns: Most items can be returned within 30 days from date of purchase for store credit only. Items must be approved clean and in original packaging to recieve full credit. Returns being shipped must be approved with customer service prior to being sent. Credit for shipping charges will not be issued.
Under-Warranty Merchandise: The merchandise can be repaired, replaced or credit may beissued, at our discretion, depending on the specific warranty offered by the manufacturer.
