Rinse seeds every 12 hours draining and returning to bowl position. In 4-6 days you will have sprouts. I like to empty the jar on the last day when they look plump into a bowl of ice cold water to remove the seed casing, I fill it to the top and splash them out. This step is optional, then set the jar in the window for 12 hours to green. Don't wash them anymore and put them into a Ziploc or Tupperware in the refrigerator. They will last for about 2 weeks if you did everything right. Nom! Nom!
2oz of seed should yield around 2 lbs of sprouts....
